For the past five years, I’ve walked my own path of healing—deeply, honestly, and with a heart wide open. Now, I’m here to walk beside you as you step into your own healing journey. I offer grounded, heart-centered guidance for those ready to explore the layers of their inner world and embrace transformation.

Most of my work is offered virtually, allowing you to stay in your own energetic space—a safe container where you can feel at ease, and easily revisit recorded sessions if desired. In-person sessions are available as well, for those who prefer face-to-face connection.

I believe healing is a sacred, personal, and non-linear process. I’m not afraid to meet the shadows, and I’m here to help you face them with grace and compassion. I’ve lived through the release, and I know the transformation awaits on the other side.

    Each weekly session is a tailored space for you. We explore what’s holding you back and begin to gently unravel them. We work with your nervous system and body cues to uncover patterns, shift perspectives, and support steady, aligned growth—on your terms and timeline.

    The healing path isn't linear, and I hold space for all of it: the breakthroughs, the setbacks, the stillness, the growth.

Meet Our Mascot: Gray

“Gray Squirrel” has been my nickname for over 30 years, thanks to my sister who likely got it from a movie. It stuck — it is still my contact name in her phone! The theme kept popping up throughout my life: a meditating squirrel sticker, a plush ornament from my niece, and real gray squirrels I’d excitedly photograph in the Pacific North West.

When designing this site, my designer (without knowing any of this!) included a squirrel in one of the logo design concepts. It felt divinely guided. While that logo design didn’t make the final cut, our sweet mascot was born—and I think he’s even happier here.
